Our credentials include NSW demolition licensing and accreditation, the relevant non-friable asbestos removal licence, $20 million public liability insurance, ISO 9001 Quality Management certification, ISO 14001 Environmental Management certification and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety certification. Work is planned and completed in line with applicable SafeWork NSW and NSW environmental requirements.

Planning
Good demolition planning begins before physical work starts. We consider access, overhead and underground services, nearby structures, public areas, structural stability, hazardous materials, exclusion zones, noise, dust and waste movements. The exact controls depend on the site and scope.
Asbestos
Older homes and buildings can contain asbestos in wall and ceiling sheeting, wet areas, eaves, roofing, flooring products, cladding and other materials. Where those materials may be disturbed by the demolition, suitable testing and licensed removal are incorporated into the project. Testing is undertaken through appropriately accredited analysis, and removal and disposal are managed using the required controls.
RESPECT FOR CLIENTS, NEIGHBOURS AND THE ENVIRONMENT
A demolition site can affect more than the property owner. Noise, dust, vehicle movements and temporary access changes may also affect neighbours or other occupants. We aim to reduce disruption through sensible scheduling, site controls, communication and a tidy approach to work.
Demolition also produces mixed materials. Where practical, suitable materials are separated for recycling or recovery, and remaining waste is transported to appropriate facilities. Careful waste handling supports environmental responsibility and leaves the client with a cleaner site for the next stage.
